Caddie is a dynamic and motivational trainer/educator and enjoys an "edutainment" approach to learning. She is vibrant and energetic and utilises a variety of training methodologies and styles, complemented with relevant workplace examples to engage audience participation and consolidate learning.
Caddie has been delivering MHFA Courses for over 15 years and continues to love the work she does in this area.
She has a diverse background in education, business development, sales and health having managed over 25 years of corporate consultancies locally and nationally.
Her University and tertiary work has included teaching Nursing and Business in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Newcastle, Federation University, Central Queensland University, Notre Dame University Broome and TAFE NSW.
In addition to conducting the MHFA program she currently lectures into the Master of Business Administration program (Health Services Management) and works as a casual Mental Health Registered Nurse.
Her post graduate qualifications include Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Certificate Occupational Health and Safety and the Australian Institute of Company Directors Diploma.
Other qualifications and training include: Mindfulness based Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Commercial Mediator, Workplace Trainer and Assessor, Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Youth MHFA Instructor, Triple Certificated Registered Nurse (General, Psychiatric and Midwifery) Cert 3 Fitness and Cert IV Property Services (QLD).

Bharat Nepal is a multicultural mental health advocate and dynamic motivational trainer who excels at workshop facilitation. With a passion for mental health literacy, he champions culturally appropriate and inclusive mental health services for all. His vibrant, energetic approach is informed by extensive professional experience both nationally and internationally.
Bringing over 25 years of experience across clinical practice, research, and policy advocacy, Bharat combines academic rigor with grassroots engagement to drive transformative outcomes for vulnerable populations. For more than a decade, he has delivered Mental Health First Aid courses, maintaining a focus on the evidence-based application of the framework.
Currently pursuing his PhD at Western Sydney University, Bharat works under the supervision of Associate Professor Neil Hall, Emeritus Professor Anthony Jorm, and Associate Professor Shameron Slewa-Younan. His collaborative efforts with prominent researchers in mental health and suicide prevention include co-sponsoring the inaugural South Asian Suicide Prevention Summit in October 2024.
Bharat's exceptional contributions have earned him the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) Mental Health Research Award for 2024 and 2025, recognizing his pioneering studies in mental health first aid and suicide prevention training within Australia's multicultural communities. HETI is a pillar organization within NSW Health.
His extensive training experience includes work with Western Sydney University, Campbelltown Hospital Emergency Department doctors, Lifeline Western Sydney and Macarthur, and numerous Australian businesses. Professionally, he works for NSW Health in Mental Health Advocacy and Consumer Engagement in mental health research and has presented at international conferences on various mental health topics.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Bharat serves as a Justice of the Peace for the state of NSW. His qualifications extend to mental health, counselling, and fitness and workplace training and assessment with a special research interest in Yogic breathing techniques.
Sharon is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and empowering individuals to support themselves and others.
With a deep passion for wellness, Sharon brings a unique, down-to-earth approach to her Mental Health First Aid Training. Her ability to put people at ease ensures active participation and the development of practical, lasting skills that can be applied in real-life situations.
Sharon has a background in technology sales for global organisations, where she experienced firsthand the pressures and challenges of corporate life. With her enthusiasm and confidence, Sharon relates well at all levels of business. As a facilitator, Sharon is inclusive, dynamic and solution oriented. Through her work, Sharon is committed to creating environments where employees feel supported and equipped to manage their own mental health and assist others when they need it most.
Since 2019, Sharon has delivered over 100 engaging and impactful Mental Health First Aid workshops for diverse teams across various industries including government, finance, healthcare, and hospitality, both in person and online. She believes that fostering open communication about mental health builds a culture of support and accountability, ultimately elevating overall wellbeing and collaboration amongst work teams.
Sharon’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Communication, Diploma of Positive Psychology, Level 2 Yoga and Meditation teacher and Principal Master Instructor for Mental Health First Aid.
Sharon has presented at national industry events, including the HR Summit, Wayahead Workplaces, and the Australian Human Resources Institute. She also enjoys hiking, cycling, yoga, meditation and travel.
